Moving Beyond

with Ellen de Jonge

April 1-8, 2017

A week long Yoga retreat in beautiful Belize.

We will practice our asanas, daily meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama, mantras, anatomy lecture with Ticia Pilati, Sutra and Bhagavad Gita talks and of course lots of free time to enjoy the surroundings, beach time or you can go on a Belize adventure.

The goal from this “Moving Beyond” Yoga Retreat is for you to find out that yoga is so much more than asana. We will look into the magic of the breath and meditation, the power of mantras, the manifistation in the practice of Yoga Nidra, enjoying and discussing the ancient scriptures and more.

Of course we practice on our mat, all in Vinyasa Krama style, taping into the right energies for you to move further in your practice. Undertstanding your practice on a higher level and discover the true self.

All this overlooking the beautiful the Atlantic Caribbean ocean, tasty healthy meals, juices and tea throughout the day…..what could go wrong?
