Have you been fallen in love with Yoga and your practice and you would like to find our more about Yoga than it is maybe time to do a teacher training.
Even if you don’t plan on teaching, this training program will deepen your practice and increase your knowledge of technique, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, alignment and so much more. All you need is your will to share, study, be open and practice this special science called Yoga.
The training starts on February 1st and ends on March 15th, 2024. It is a 200 hour Teacher Training and at the end (if you complete the hours) you will receive a certification what makes you a Yoga teacher.
With this certification you can become a registered Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance in the States.
This training is registered by the Yoga Alliance and the program is based on the Yoga Alliance guidelines for a 200 hour Teacher Training.
Teacher Training Practice
Under Technique we study Asanas, Sanskrit, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, Mantra, Mandalas, your own practice and sequencing.
With Practicum you are teaching, receiving feedback and give feedback to the others and find your teaching voice.
Anatomy has to do with everything in the body; the muscles, bones, glands, chakras, body problems and movements.
Philosophy it the part that we dive in the history of Yoga, get the know the sage Patanjali, study the Eight Fold Path, Yoga food, Yoga outside the studio into your daily life, who you are and what you want.
Under Methodology we are dealing with how to teach, observing classes, how to be with your students, ethics as a yoga teacher, how to welcome your students, how to deal with problems and so on.
In this course we also invite some teachers from other studio's to teach us a different style, we will go on a fieldtrip and silent walks. This journey is profound and will change your life for the good.

Yoga Teacher Price
The price is 2000 US and spread payment is possible. Included in the price are all your group classes, the 4 hours sessions and the material we are going to work with.
Yoga Teacher Schedule
The schedule; you will be participating in one group class a day, observe a couple a week and 3 times a week we will meet for 4 hours for our bigger sessions.
